                                         Hansen Hall West

                     GSI was awarded  the contract from Fred Feletemeyer Company, doing

                     waterproofing on the foundation and water repellent coating on the exterior face

                of brick and precast concrete.

                     We also were awarded the site and exterior building caulking.

                                        Compassion International

                                      GSI was called upon by Compassion to re-caulk some of their doors.

                            Old City Hall

  GSI bid to Nunn Construction Inc allowed us to remove and re-caulk the site

  joints, building exterior  joints and interior joints on this remodel project.

 City of Colorado Springs

 Aquatic & Fitness Center

  Nunn Construction Inc awarded to

  GSI this new construction project.

  We caulked the site joints, building

  exterior  joints  and interior  joints.

  GSI was also awarded the

  Firestopping.

        Faricy Boys

  GSI was contracted by Nunn

  Construction Inc to apply fire

  stopping in all fire rated areas.

  Site caulking and the interior

  caulking  was awarded to us as

  well.

  Lastly we were given the contract

  to spray water repellant onto the

   face of the  brick.

  GSI applied water repellent on the seating deck on this restoration project.

  We were also given the masonry and concrete seating area re-caulking,

  aggregate panels re -caulking and  the concrete deck in plaza area

   re-caulking.

  GSI was given by Nunn Construction Inc the removal of

  caulking at ceiling condition of fireplace and replace with

  matching color of ceiling stain color of masonry.

  We also received the exterior and interior building  joints on

  this renovation project.

               Galyans 

  GSI applied semi-rigid (epoxy) joint

  sealant to the exposed joints in the floor.

  Site caulk, exterior and interior building

  joints.  Cut and re-caulk selected area's

  of flooring with polyurethane caulk.

  Firestopping applied to all area's

  designated for firestopping.

                     BriargateYMCA

  GSI was awarded from GE Johnson Construction

  Company  the bid  for site caulking and exterior

  and interior building joints sealant.

         Ramtron International

  GSI was called in to re-caulk the exterior and

  interior building  joints.
